If you’re pulled over, it’s very important that you ask whether you’re being detained and what you’re being detained for. If you are being detained, may I suggest 1) say you don’t want to answer questions, 2) ask for a lawyer, 3) STFU!!

If you’re stopped for a DUI, you don’t have to do the walk-line test, or the eye test. If you aren’t under arrest, you don’t have to do any roadside alcohol breath test. If you ARE under arrest, you do have to do a test at the station or have your license suspended. Ask for a lawyer and STFU!
